We're a young family of four, that began with a man raised in the midwest region of WA, who moved to Perth and met a swell gal, together they’re raising a couple of kids and started a jerky business using their original family recipe and kept the passion for food alive!
our names are Liam and Despi and we just love jerkin meat! All said and done, truthfully, I was super upset about not being able to buy jerky that ticks all the boxes, the biggest being gluten free so Liam's uncle sent us on the right path with the family recipe and after so much research and development we’re finally here. We’ve eaten a lot of jerky along the way and converted our friends from haters to jerks, but who can complain about that? We’re just here making jerky because we love it and we know you will too!
